Information on the authenticity of customer reviews

Our customer reviews come exclusively from verified buyers who have actually purchased the product. Each review is checked for authenticity and misuse to ensure our customers receive an honest and trustworthy assessment. We only publish reviews from verified buyers. In our personal customer portal, the review link is only displayed if the customer has actually purchased the product online. Reviews for products that were not purchased are not possible. Products marked as “Demo”, “Free” or similar are automatically excluded from the rating function.
