Many traders prefer a DAX range from 08:01 to 09:00, since large jumps can occur at exactly 08:00, so they wait one more minute.<\/p>\n

For the Dow or S&P 500, the first 45 minutes after the market opens are often recommended as the open-range window, typically 15:30 to 16:15. But every trader has their own approach here as well.<\/p>\n
